Anise Phytogel is a complementary feed formulated for regular inclusion in the diet of horses and ponies. It supports respiratory health and helps ease breathing, especially during coughs, allergic reactions or seasonal discomfort.

- Anise, fir, eucalyptus, and peppermint oils help loosen mucus and calm irritated airways, making it easier for the horse to breathe and clear the chest (bronchi and lungs).
- Marshmallow root, elecampane, and licorice root support the body's natural way of dealing with mucus (production and discharge) and irritants (help eliminate toxins and allergens), while soothing the lining of the respiratory tract.
How to use:
Give directly into the mouth, mix with drinking water, or add to wet food. Use twice a day (morning and evening).
Dosage:
Adult horses (300–350 kg): 30–70 ml
Adult horses (450–550 kg): 45–110 ml
Adult horses (700–900 kg): 7 0–180 ml
Ponies: 20–50 ml
Foals: 20–60 ml
Use the minimum single dose for preventive and supportive care. Use the medium or maximum single dose alongside primary treatment, depending on the severity of symptoms.
How long to use: 10–14 days. If needed, take a short break (2–3 days) and repeat. If your horse is on other treatments, you can keep giving this gel during the whole time.
Duration: 10–14 days. If needed, the course may be repeated after a 2–3 day break. When used as part of complex therapy, you can keep giving this gel throughout the entire prescribed treatment course.
