How to use:
  1. Apply to problem skin areas and rub until fully absorbed.
  2. Use 1–2 times daily; for more intensive care, use 3–4 times daily. If necessary, combine with massage.
  3. For daily use and course application: minimum duration 2–3 weeks.
Recommendation:

For maximum effect, apply Double Action Gel (cooling and warming formula) first, then after 20 minutes apply Cream & Balm for Joints.

12 months under proper storage conditions.
